If you are looking for a certificate of attendance, please read the instructions here. Otherwise, please read the following for your CME credits.
If you have attended more than 60% of the live webinar, you can download your CME certificate from the UAB Division of Continuing Medical Education website.
Clicking on https://uab.cloud-cme.com/default.aspx will take you to UAB Continuing Education Collaborative welcome page.
- If you have an account, just log in.
- If you have signed into the previous CME website in the past, your account should already exist on the new updated UAB CME portal.
- You will need to select “Sign in with your Email and Password” then choose “Forgot your password?” to create a new password and complete your profile. When updating your profile, most of the fields are required, but not all. (Only those with a red asterisk are required.)
- Any new attendees signing in for the first time will need to create a new account. If you have a BlazerID, you are already registered. Log in with your BlazerID and Blazer password. You may be asked to update your profile.
Once logged in successfully, you can access your credits by clicking on “MY CME” on the top row of the screen and going to the “Transcript” button afterwards.

Additionally, attendees can claim their own credit for attending the webinar by using this updated site. You can either text it in or use the “Claim Credit” button on MYCME above. A guide on claiming your own attendance credit is on the UAB site here: https://www.uab.edu/medicine/cme/2014-03-07-19-08-35/register-attendance.
