How to obtain your CME credits

If you have attended more than 60% of the live webinar, you can download your CME certificate from the UAB Division of Continuing Medical Education website.

Clicking on https://fmapp.cme.uab.edu/mycme/mycme.php will take you to a login screen.

  • If you have an account, just log in.
  • If you have an account and haven’t been to the site in at least six months, you will be asked to Update Your Profile. When updating your profile, most of the fields are required, but not all. (Only those with a red asterisk are required.)
  • If you do not already have an account, you be will asked to create one. If you have a BlazerID, you are already registered. Log in with your BlazerID and Blazer password. You may be asked to update your profile.

Once logged in successfully, you should see the screen below:

From the screen above, you should be able to pull a transcript from any time period. All your CME credits will be under one account, linked to your email.
